All our products are made-to-order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a manufacturing defect or an error with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.
What We Can’t Accept
- Items without defects
- Worn, washed, or altered items
Refunds
Eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method after confirmation, usually within 5–10 business days.
